After our confirmation, the first payment (30% of the whole amount) must be made on our bank account Cod. IBAN IT94I0616002804000024748C00.
A copy of the payment receipt should also be sent via fax.
The rest will pe paid at the check in.
Extra charges will be by the end of the rental period.
EQUIPMENT & SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
All the apartments are equipped with oven, refrigerator, washing machine & dishwasher, TV.
Boh the garden and the swimming pool are for private use only.
Prices include: water, heating / gas, electricity consumption and final cleaning.
The apartments are also equipped with bath towels and bed linens.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- cleaning during your stay;
- heating;
- air conditioning (50 Euro);
- breakfast and typical local dishes, which can be prepared on request. |
